developments should you require a rating for funding, client or planning purposes.
Our growing experience in this field in conjunction with our long term experience in Building Regulations
approval is aimed at reducing your management time in fine tuning your design to these stringent
standards.
In addition to undertaking the BREEAM assessment we can provide assistance with Low and zero carbon
feasibility studies and carbon saving calculations, Ene 01 calculations, day lighting calculations etc. For
developers and architects based in Cornwall we provide a service on your doorstep but are happy to
provide a fee proposal for work throughout the south and south west of England.
