details should we need to call, email or post out any information to the customer. This aids in a more
pleasant enquiry, and one of speed and ease.
Your data will not under any circumstances be given, passed or sold to any outside companies. The data
we receive will be kept internally within Energy Access on secure data storage servers for use for Energy
Access only. The data stored on person(s) will be professionally destroyed upon closure of the company,
whenever this maybe. If any person or customer wishes to find out what information we hold on them, or
to change the information held, they can do so by contacting us by telephone or email.
