are able to provide an alternative to using the Local Authority
for Building Control in the South West. BBS Building Control is
a leading Corporate Approved Inspector approved by the
Construction Industry Council (CIC) for providing Building
Control services on all types of construction projects.
The client-focused services include early design advice, detailed plan and structural checking and site
inspections tailored to the construction programme of each individual project.
We work with clients and designers to ensure the provision of consistency and dedicated support across
all projects, wherever they are located. We are not selective over schemes that we are involved with and
if you are designing, building or developing then we will provide the Building Control services. There is
also a network of regional BBS offices that can support your sites nationwide.
